Guiding Businesses to Success
Cecile Hunt - Bookkeeping and Accountancy.
Cecile assists small businesses by demystifying the legaliities of the backroom jobs. Helping small business owners with, and giving them professional guidance on, the paperwork and processes that are a necessary evil of running a business.
"It is not rocket science handling the financial paperwork but it can be a bit daunting. Get it right, work on your business efficiently and effictively and success is the winning goal. Keep it simple - no need for complicated records. It is your business, work on it, nurture it and watch it flourish; ignore those behind the scene jobs and watch it fail.
I've held all sorts of roles over the years - from shop assistant - door-to-door salesperson (Corona soft drinks and paraffin and hardware) to concrete garden ornament maker. Following a 16 year stint as Financial Control Assistant at Forest of Dean District Council I set up my own business helping other small businesses with their bookkeeping and accountancy. During my working life I have managed lots of self improvement along the way with achievements including an Oxford University Advanced Diploma in Local History and a professional qualification in accountancy with the Association of Accounting Technicians."
